We primarily raise 100% full blood Japanese Wagyu for Wagyu restaurants in Seattle,
We also supply some F1 American Wagyu and a small quantity of 100% full blood Wagyu to locals in the surrounding area each year.
At Tk King Ranch, we believe in a holistic and sustainable approach to ranching. We use regenerative grazing practices that promote soil health and biodiversity. Each of our 100% full blood Japanese Wagyu are grain-fed for a minimum of 600 days, and they are sent to the slaughterhouse when they are between 26 to 30 months old. However, if customers want to customize the perfect Wagyu beef, we can extend the grain feeding beyond 30 months.

Our full blood Wagyu are grain-fed for 600 days,
and for F1 American Wagyu, we can accommodate either grain-fed or grass-fed options based on customer preference. The grain-fed F1 American Wagyu are fed for a minimum of 250 days. We weigh all of our grain-fed steers every month to ensure that their weight exceeds 1400 lbs before slaughter.
